Helpful therapy session, now I have realised I do have aspergers I am somehow able to look after myself more and identify with what's going on in my mind, what I'm reacting to when I get overwhelmed

Sometimes you can't put 100% in at work, and that's ok. Make sure you keep drinking water, it'll keep your mind and body going. Is there anything you could do to help you get through the day, like asking a manager for a ten min break for example?

Can't sleep, mind racing, have to be up in 4 hours. feel like Crying but Im just numb and like I'm past displaying emotion. Feeling overwhelmed, coming to terms with how I'm 90% sure i have aspergers.
