Thanks for the hugs, Yana, sandy, Marsha!
clear your home with sage and say a prayer to whomever you believe in. pray for good things and happy thoughts. youve made the decision...follow through. stay strong and live!
Thanks, jennifer. Thanks, sandy. I hope things will change soon.
youll be fine. trust in yourself and itll all work out. peace and love
Thanks, everyone! I hug you all back.
Chris: I can't do much right now. But when I come here and hug someone in stress, I hope I'm helping them - that does make me feel better.
I think most people truly have no idea how much a hug can help. I think a five second hug off the top of someone's head has saved lives.
Chris: Totally agree.
breathe. no one is better than you but you!
That is a good advice, jennifer, but in such situations I often forget that I breathe, too :-)
i know the feeling except i just sweat alot when.confronted.. talking to the managers casually makes it easier. tallk to then when you need help...breaks ice
I swear on my life, it will get better.
Thanks, sandy, Lexie.
Sarah - for now, I move on even if I don't believe. I still have enough life in me to move on. What I fear is what comes when I will be older/in bad circumstances. Sometimes I fear I might end my life.
Are you speaking to a counsellor? I know sometimes everything's seems hopeless but there's always something that's worth fighting for, even if ou can't see it at that time.
Yes, I have weekly therapy sessions and locally it helps. But the general picture doesn't really change.
snow can be so pretty to watch.comforts me sometimes to see it fall :) enjoy!
Thanks! :-) It's also nice to know that it'll be over in a couple of days and hurray, spring! So, falling snow is twice as beautiful now.
