treatment is a joke, unfortunately, Debi...the psychologist is always at 'vacation'. have had ~6 sessions in 7 months.
but i have taken control over my treatment to myself, read books about overcoming depression (my 'therapy') and did some hormone testing (results 2morrow:))
slowly coming off AD-s too. successfully for now:) how is your progress, Debi? <3

Debi, 4 me has been most helpful to take control and responsibility of getting better to myself; deal with problems i know the solution to; ignore thoughts that won't bring me any solution...
ake one day at a time and be happy for little improvements; have support around:)
it's easier for me, bc my problem is physiological, not so much psychological.
