can you turn the other cheek, friend? hang in there.
no but it sounds like a sedative. if u have an over active mind. seds wont work. ur just going to wake up more drowsy. u may need to go to a neurologist that spec in sleep.
i have a similar sleep pattern. have u done a sleep study. i wonder if u stop breathing. it looks like u wake up every 2 hours which it takes 2-3 hrs to fall into REM
According to drugs.com insomnia is one of the common side effects. If you take it at bedtime, switching to morning may help. I also wake up throughout the night, it's called maintenance insomnia. I take seroquel to help me sleep.
it's none of their business. just go to work and tell people u had a doc appointment. and leave it at that
Usually I would, but my TL knew that I was taking the time off for the appointment and now I have to tell him it's next week and take more time off at a time when work has been making things generally difficult. I'm going to try and see if I can
make the time up somehow but I'm still not looking forward to it.
Hope you stay awake!
I'm trying to keep myself really busy and I had a coke - planning to drink more during the day. I've never done this before, I'm feeling pretty stressed too, that's the only reason I can think that I did this. I was previously on 50 mg slow release
so I think taking 25 mg this morning and 25 mg tonight won't kill me. It's just a huge pain today of all days. On the upside I may be REALLY CALM lol.
Other than a bit of tiredness in the morning, I've managed to stay awake all day today. And I was able to talk to my friend about what happened, which was helpful. Thanks for all the hugs today everyone - I really needed them :)
glad it was okay
