... also had to do an intelligence test... I don't think I would have gone there if I had known that that was part of the assessment... Now I am kind of nervous about what the result will be.
Glad you were finally able to get a proper assessment. Hope you find the results helpful.
Sisterhood! Hopeful it will turn out well.
Yikes! That's no good.
San Fran is a cool city! I'm sure you'll have a good time!
He can't do any further testing, because he only has Japanese tests, and didn't do much of an interview... I did not feel I could rely on this at all and told him I won't take meds without a proper diagnosis... now I am back to square one.
Oh Tuxi - I 'm so sorry, that must be so disappointing. xx
Can you see someone else? This doesn't sound useful at all. :(
It'll be ok. You'll be glad you went when you get out of there. Maybe even before. Good luck!
Good luck! Hope it's helpful
A good night's sleep is a sure way to improve mood.
Feeling the same today. :(
Fell asleep right after coming back from work and now still awake at 4 am... ^^ Anyway, at least not feeling grumpy anymore.
Sometimes you need those days to recover!
Well done! If they asked you, you did a good job! You can be very proud of yourself
Hope it goes well - I bet you'll be great!
Hugs for you. How are your furrballs?
@Esther: They are doing fine, although I always feel guilty about leaving them alone so much and confining them to my living room when I cannot watch them because the other rooms are too chaotic to be cat safe...
Sometimes just knowing what you have helps. Even going to your doctor and explaining why you feel you may have it can help. Best of luck to you.
I know a guy who got tested at 40, and the meds changed his life. So much happier and better at his job and everything. Worth looking into!
