It's a good idea if it brings you negativity or even just sucks all your time.
1 year without FB and significantly happier
I also only use the messenger and that's it. Don't really miss it, just the happy times I had before it turned bad for me.
I only use messenger nowadays, I think facebook is pretty toxic tbh
as can be every kind of social media (twitter, instagram, tumblr, and because I'm old I don't know anything else lol)
Same here; rarely log on anymore and I feel so much better for not spending so much time on there now
