Course information for uni was released today. A really tiny part of me still gets excited about the idea of studying and passing, but most of me just wants to sleep forever. I so can't be bothered.

do you ever ptay up late but get really anxious because you know you won't get enough sleep. I feel like if I don't get 8 hours, the whole next day will be wasted because I won't function properly.

you're supposed to get 8 hours. someone told me that years ago and I thought they were nuts. I was in a pretty long upswing of my bipolar and was only sleeping like 5 hours a night at most.
