what is it you are trying to stay away from? and how did you do it over a month? i need some motivation to kick my addictions too. 1 month already shows that you can do it!!

My family would never agree to family therapy.
Don't ever feel guilty for being depressed. We can't always control how our bodies make us feel, and feeling guilty for it just makes it worse. Instead, acknowledge it and seek things that make you happy. Like pandas!
Not seeing or understanding what depresses us is probably one major factor that brings us deeper down. Big hugs!
Depression is not always from external circumstances but internal <3
You don't 'deserve' badness. Sometimes you are just more aware ofit all and less able to deal with it. And at those times you need help. I hope things get better for you!
