congrats. Keep your eyes on the positive!
Congrats on the 2 weeks!
Keep it up! :)
Oh, I will, Jessica! Or at least I try :)
That's great the cravings aren't there! Your knee and head pain will go away. Sounds like things are going well in the long run!
Yes, Jeff, thanks for your support :)
The worse thing is that I will go to remove a birthmark from my head tomorrow, that's because I'm even more nervous. Everythong at the same time.
I don't know how long...but they say that distractions help. Chew on a straw or gum or something. Get up and move around or talk to someone when craving is strongest. You'll be glad after!
The first two weeks are the hardest. You can do it! Find something healthy to do for yourself when a craving strikes. Replace the habit with a better habit.
Thanks, Jeff and Audrey :)
Good for you!
Thanks Jeff, and everyone:) Actually the evening was already harder.
that's great hun try not letting yourself turn to food as usually that's what happens when you stop smoking.
Congrats on ur first day without ciggy in 24yrs. Awesome step, real courageous. ??
You're quitting, that's great. Hope it goes well. x
Thank you, dears! I decided to quit right now since I also do some jogging right now and maybe that will help me not gaining weight :)
dont worry about it. Walk instead. I heard that brisk walking is better for you than jogging as there is less stress put on your knees
Thank you, Nicola!
