Just exhausted today, jad about 3 meetings in a row, all of them were more or less waisting of time (and nerves). Happily the work day is over and I don't have to deal with it today anymore.

Nothing much. Had a few pain free days but today my knees hurt again. Seems that no walking tomorrow. At least those stiches in my head don't hurt anymore. That's good I guess? *me being positive* :)

Worked in the garden, changed the tyres of my car, washed the car and went to Mexican restaurant with a good friend - a pretty happy sunday! Back at work tomorrow though :S (That's why it's a nine)

Got my birthmark removed today and it just hurts a little but the mayor problem is still the knee pain. No cravings for a cigaret today!

Day 3 and it's getting harder. Too many cravings today and too many reasons to grab a cigaret. But holding on. Doea anybody know after how much days will it be at least a bit easier?!

I don't know how long...but they say that distractions help. Chew on a straw or gum or something. Get up and move around or talk to someone when craving is strongest. You'll be glad after!

The first two weeks are the hardest. You can do it! Find something healthy to do for yourself when a craving strikes. Replace the habit with a better habit.

A bit disappointed. Caught my teenage sons secretly drinking alcohol today. It really attracted me to grab for a cigaret again but the will to quit was harder. For now.

dont worry about it. Walk instead. I heard that brisk walking is better for you than jogging as there is less stress put on your knees
