I'm so sorry, I can't imagine how you must feel like.
I'm sorry to hear this - I can sort of relate as I suffer social anxiety myself - she's clearly not a true friend if she doesn't understand how you feel! Keep your chin up.
This friend clearly doesn't understand mental health issues...what an awful thing to say
Ugh. You're wanting compassion, you get a bad joke instead. Its disappointing when our friends misread us.
That's awful - wish I could give you a real hug! xx
Good news x
Sounds pretty rough Valerie
I remember the old times when I was creative and had goals and dreams...it makes me sad to think that life now is mostly just plodding on and getting through the day. But there are good moments too, and we have to appreciate them!
Yep Jeff! It's all about the little things. :) Thank you for the hugs pandas.
You love dogs, I see. I was a dog in a former life- a Chihuahua. I was eaten by a coyote. But guess what? In my next life, I came back as a cobra. One day im basking in the desert sun and guess who happened to be on a hike that day?
it was the coyote as fate would have it. He came back as a Hindu. i bit his @$$. As the venom entered his bloodstream and the life drained from his body, I ***hered up to him and whispered, 'Karma, b!tch!'
I'm not sure that story has a point.
:D haha that's unlikely of you
I've always liked dogs but since I'm depressed their happiness really helps. :)
They're furry anti-depressants.
Fingers crossed for you xx
Good one, Valerie.
Great job! It's a slow process. But You'll get there
Well done! I'm in a similar place at the moment - you're inspiring me to take another small step x
Glad to hear so Cindy! Good luck on your interview.
Animals are just bloody marvellous.
Aren't they! Thank you for the hugs pandas. :)
A respite from it all.
Oh no poor you Valerie - that's so sad that you feel that way. Please stand back and take time for thought especially as the sublime in your message is pretty desperate. You are a special person and you are needed in the world its just depression
Take care and stay safe. Big hugs
It's the mental illness causing your mind to not 'see straight'. Pause for thought and don't do anything that could risk your welfare or that either you or others may regret. Big cuddles
Thank you Stephen. Your words mean a lot.
That's really not a problem - I have been here before myself so I know from personal experience what you are feeling and what turmoil your life is going through but no matter how bad you feel the world will be worse off without you so stay safe. Hugs
welcome back. :)
Nice to see you again! x
Thank you friends!
I'm good Valerie. How are you my friend?
Glad to hear so Shelley! Well, not so great, but not the worst either. :)
For me the same like you Valerie, big hug!
Same to you Silke! Thanks!
I do, but sometimes its gets out control when come to bad emotions.
Beautiful... like your soul, V.
