It's ok. Ground yourself in the here and now. These thoughts will pass. You know this. You are ok and will be ok.
That makes sense. Thoughts and emotions are linked to affect behaviours. What are you thinking when commuting? Try to challenge those thoughts for a more factual account of what is happening. Most of all - be kind to yourself. Each day is different.

Well, thoughts are natural and actually neutral. It's our emotion that adds intensity and causes the physical symptoms we feel. It's ok to think anything - the more you suppress and replace, the worse it can be. Just let the thoughts pass like clouds
Same with emotions and physical feelings too. Let them be - they are horrendous but WILL pass by. YouTube the Struggle Switch by Russ Harris and take a look 😉
