Morning anxiety is part of a cycle you are stressed through the day so your mind expects something the next day so puts you in flight or fight anxiety the minute you wake ... if you can have a couple of days anxiety free that would start training the

mind to relax .. when i had my relapse it started the same thing off flight or fight extreme anxiety all the time .. but im trying to break my cycle too
