I use Insight Timer but want to check out that one you mentioned. Stop, Breathe, Think ? Also check out Chill. You can set mindfulness reminders. It's great!
Sounds good. Smiling Mind is okay but can be a little glitchy. I prefer Stop Breathe Think because it suggests meditations based on your mood. I only deleted it because of an account issue but that was a long time ago.
We all have those moments where we'll want to be on our own. Find something that you enjoy doing and have a (hopefully) nice evening.

At least I'm not alone. I've just got a lot of things that have been frustrating me. I used another app to rant but it's honestly just making things worse because people keep offering advice and I'm just not in the mood to accept it.

I did. I haven't deleted it completely because people keep messaging me and I don't want to leave them, but I don't post any more.

I prefer to keep everything on the app. We're not that close anyway because I only used the app for a few days but I feel bad for leaving because one clearly has a fear of being abandoned. For now I've kept the app but I just don't read the posts.
