Please call them, it's the best you can do now. If you have a hard time calling strangers ask someone to do it for you.

I hardly use Instagram either. I find that Tumblr is one of those places where everyone turns everything into an argument, and even actively following only positive blogs doesn't seem to help 🤗
Tumblr can be a very toxic place but also offered a lot of great moments to me. I've experienced both sides, but I haven't been able to log into my account for 1,5 years now. If staying away helps, do it. Otherwise make use of the blacklist.
I might take a break and then do a clear out, I've done that before and it worked for a while 🤗

I think it's probably understandable that these new painkillers make me even more tired than usual, but I'd rather not explain the entire situation to someone I don't really know.
It's always worth it, just do it.
