@PeaceNLove for sports, to achieve one of my personal goals.
Sometimes I find it helpful to take 30 minutes to walk around the block. Kind of like a mental 'full-stop'
@Tristan, walks are indeed good for that, but I seem to forget that everytime. ;) better get a break timer.
