So sorry. I felt exactly like that a while ago but it is much better now. It will improve.
Reach out to someone...if you need help, you have to let someone help you. It's hard, I know. But find a family member or friend to talk to. Even if it's just idle talk, it helps. Or find a professional! I hope you find a way to not be alone now...
