Exercise helps whether a walk or swim it boosts your mood , so does healthier diet ..(and not supporting Liverpool :) )

I've just experienced a terrible time, and I'm just-about coming out of it now, so I would suggest: 1) Look at the reasons why you're unhappy (and go as far back in the past as necessary).
2) Make as many changes to your current life as you're comfortable with (starting with small things, like just building up more 'emotional resilience').
3) Look to the future, and give yourself things to look forward to, like trips to the cinema, etc.
When you find something worth living for like a hobby or friends or something. I think you actively need to find things you like, step 3 from Phillips suggestions
