I had a very relaxing weekend - today felt like all stress from course work I have to complete caught up with me. Luckily I had a nice dinner with a friend and gym afterwards. Feeling okay.

Things feel a bit better. Saw my therapist yesterday. And today I talked with my supervisor about the research that has been giving me a lot of anxiety. Now I feel like I can do it.

Loads of ups and down today. I went to see my GP and because I responded well to it they increased my antidepressant dosage. I'm not feeling very optimistic but I'm taking it day by day.

Presentation is done but I don't feel any relief in anxiety. I went to the gym afterwards and don't feel any better. But also don't feel worse, so I guess that's something...
