Yesterday hard. Had to have a sleep for a couple of hours to cope. This morning had a lie in so wouldn't have to think. A lot of repeating/ talking to myself. It is what it is. Radical acceptance.

Talked to t about social phobia. Scary. Still solutions focused which can make things worse. Better talking more about feelings as a way of managing to stop me getting caught up in it. Feelings r ok.
