Have you been to see your GP? They have diagnostic tools to help determine whether you have depression and can talk to you about support (not just medication, tho that may be something that would help - it's not an answer in itself). Going to see my

Cindy is right, it's a good idea to speak to your Dr about this. It's normal to feel sad from time to time, especially during difficult periods of our life. It's a bit of a concern if it's ongoing and especially if it starts effecting your daily life
