I'm quite well but still a little anxious. feel sad that everyone else has better jobs and feel happier and im struggling with my emotions so much that i dont have energy and i'm too anxious

last few days were quite good, I was between 5-6. working on my routine! before I go to bed I listen to relaxation music and it works
