You're right Noel, I am hurting myself. Trying to remember my CBT. I've been better lately, don't know why these feelings and insecurity are back.
Try not to think of everything together...break things down into smaller, manageable pieces. You can only manage what you're able to at the moment...do what you can do, and you'll be ok!
I know it is overwhelming. My grandfather went to a nursing home due to dementia. But no one could take care of him anymore like he needed. I know that helped me cope better with it. Best of wishes!<3
