4... Get the bass out and bomb out some low frequencies, Kym.
That's a good idea actually, John. I haven't played my bass since moving last year
Thank you pandas x
I think I'll buy a snake plant :)
A support worker was covering a shift for my regular told me he overcame schizophrenia, got the job and a stable life. If you'd asked me to guess I would have put in the 'least likely to have suffered from mental health problems' category.
People recover. People get better. Inspiration is overused but in these cases ot really is the right word.

Thanks for the reply, John. I understand this. I overcame psychosis too. It started when I was 12, it wasn't recognised until I was 19, and then last Autumn it disappeared. I'm 30 this year, feels like my life is just starting
I've not had any positive symptoms for 4 and a half years. Still too early to quit meds, drop the safety nets, and get a job, but it's the path I'm on. I'm 32 my life is beginning too! ☺️
It is very nice. It's good to be in a place when people can be honest about themselves.
So glad you have a support at work.
That's wonderful to hear John! Thank you everyone
That's amazing, Kym - well done!
It was stupidly hot.
Thank you John for all the hugs today :)
Used juice from a tin of pineapple instead of processed sugar as it was all I had. First time baking in years, they weren't too bad
CBT is great.
It is helping so much!
