why are you paranoia about sleeping? It's kind turn off the world... if you don't have bad dreams.
My thoughts always run wild in my head when I'm lying in bed without anything to distract me trying to get to sleep. It's usually then when I'm the worst. So I fear the process of trying to get to sleep.
I can relate with that sometimes. But now I can fall asleep better but the problem are my dreams. You need to calm down, try to do meditation. You can control it if you really want it.
