A lot of humans have bi polar. It's fairly common in the scheme of things. Also, I believe the symptoms suggest being too human, feeling things a bit too strongly. Don't let a label make you feel bad. You are still you.
Thanks but sometimes it hurts to know my interactions aren't like others .i suffer from ptsd and bi polar also anxiety so when I see another human with normal day activity's I get sad.
Me too. I think people understand generally that when people are ill they could use help to get things done, or simply can't manage to do things on a bad day. Lots of people have that combo of diagnosis, you aren't alone. Especially on MoodPanda.
Thanks and I'm sorry but I hate when people call it an illness
There's 7 billion people on this rock in space who are all essentially 99.9% the same. Don't let what makes you unique overwhelm you.
I don't think it's unique that I have all these things and I'm 19
Personally I think there's nothing wrong with having an illness. The rich, poor, every colour, race, creed, can get ill. Anyone can be ill. There's nothing wrong with it. Sometimes you got to accept your situation to accept the help on offer.
:/ I don't think I have accepted it
If you don't like being ill you are discriminating against yourself. If there's things out there that help people who feel a certain way, and it's proven they can get better, that's called treating an illness. Maybe I read the dictionary too much...
What do you call it?
Something I have to deal with.
Sorry if I'm being a bit harsh. It's not my intention, just trying to let you think through what you feel a bit. If it's any consolation, I'm 31 and have struggled with Schizoaffective Disorder for years. You'll get there in the end, set small steps.
I hope you start feeling better soon, it's a gradual process with many stops and starts, but if you can enjoy little bits of it... You are doing better than you think!
I haven't had actual sleep in days
If you get PRN medication from your Dr that would help you sleep. I've had sleep deprivation with mania before, it generally doesn't end well, so I hope you can reach out and get something to help... also I read your other post about not taking.....
... your pills. Maybe if you took them, you'd have the interaction like everybody else you were talking about earlier. Even if you don't, try some sleeping medication because it will get you to sleep.
They make me go numb I don't like that I can't feel my feelings when I take them
They'll stop the mania. Maybe discuss the dosage with your dr to find a balance, that would be a small compromise if you got less numbness and less mania.I'm just going to the shops for some food but it's been nice to chat to you,I'm rooting for you!
