That type of anxiety can lead to an episode. Sometimes we manifest our fears. Try to focus on good things about going back to school. Don't let the big picture be too scary; just break things down into little bits. You can do this!
Do you have support at uni, Jenna? If you haven't contacted support services, might be an idea to do so when you return. Your friends will support you too, of course, but sounds like having a professional to talk to might help. Xx
