I'm fighting against the same things, jealousy and bitterness, not the wall (yet). Unfortunately I still haven't found a good and working solution. Sometimes I even think talking about jealousy is frowned upon, maybe it's a taboo topic? But why.
I get how you feel. I tend to find that random things make me feel really down.
I have the same issue. Trying to work out what makes me happy and what upsets me is kind of difficult. This app helps but sometimes I can't pinpoint the problem well enough to write it down. 🤔
I think I know what you're talking about I feel like that a lot too. The best thing to do is to close your eyes and really think the situation through and try to figure out which thoughts are the depressive ones that your brain wants you to believe
After that it's just a long process of training your brain to recognize and rationalize them and I promise that if you stick with it it gets easier to do because it becomes a habit
Being a 5 right away is a great thing! Gotta celebrate the little victories. Just keep your head up you can make it :)

Sometimes eating really does help. After some food and two pain killers my headache's finally gone. Wouldn't say no to some pizza or pasta right now though.

Indeed it does! So get up, eat something, take your meds, don't throw yourself off anything, maybe go back to bed, but hopefully start to feel a bit better. :)
I wish I had the motivation to even do that.
I would say do it for me, as I find I'm more amenable when I'm doing things for other people, but you know what's best for you and hopefully will find that motivation today, if only for a little while. Probably doesn't even take 5 min.
I know how this feels. Just do what you can.
