Have you talked to a professional? I hope you get help to deal with this... You can recover from this, but it takes help!
I don't know how old you are, but when you are younger then 35-40, it happens. Sometimes your interest changes, sometimes one friend grows up faster, or things happen which changes your view on life. Try to find out why and take it from there..
im younger than 18 btw but thanks that helps a lot.
Is there someone you can talk to?
Lieteke i hate talking and i don't want people to know or judge me because i don't want it to affect how people look at me
Abigail, thoughts of self harm are nit healthy and indicate that you are in pain and not in a good place mentally. If you don't feel like talking to family and friends - how about a therapist/counsellor? They DEFINITELY won't judge (or shouldn't if
professional at all!) . . . if that's scary, try anonymous helpline at your lowest points . . . but do talk xxx
Please talk to someone, it really does help. People see or feel something is wrong, by nit talking, they can't help you And you don't get help. Do it online or by telephone to an organisation, they are trained to help and won't judge!!
I think I know what you mean
