You can do something that challenges you! Join a new club or social activity outside of school (meetup.com or something). Go for a run. Go to the gym. Endorphins help with that adrenaline craving!
Yes! Meetup a good idea! I have moved to a new city and have joined some meetup groups for socialising! It is less scary/more fun/less awkward than I had originally anticipated! :D
The only down side is that most of those groups are for older people, like adults...
