Don't hate yourself. It gets better. I know it does because I've been there.
It will get better. I went through the same thing. And I'm going through it again a second time with the same woman. It's easier this time because I had help sooner. I'm on citalipram and it's helped so much along with therapy. You can do it believe
In yourself. I might not know you but I believe in you. We're all here for each other. See psychiatrist first and then see a psychologist. It works.
