How do I make connections? These days I'm too anxious to put myself out there and contact people. My ex made me think I was clingy and now I'm afraid to make any effort whatsoever

You can find something you enjoy and use that to connect with people. If you're in school, you could find a club that interests you. And you don't have to stick with the club if you're not at all comfortable there.

It could be depression. Could also be other physical conditions, like sleep apnea...if you don't get enough quality sleep, you need more quantity.

Thanks, I think I have a 'mild mood disturbance'. But sleep feels like my main issue. I dont think it's sleep apnea because I don't wake up gasping for air..
