You can find something you enjoy and use that to connect with people. If you're in school, you could find a club that interests you. And you don't have to stick with the club if you're not at all comfortable there.
Try to motivate yourself to try something if you can. And of you can't, be kind to yourself. I have been in this situation so many times,

It could be depression. Could also be other physical conditions, like sleep apnea...if you don't get enough quality sleep, you need more quantity.
Thanks, I think I have a 'mild mood disturbance'. But sleep feels like my main issue. I dont think it's sleep apnea because I don't wake up gasping for air..
