(3) Had counselling today and was told to work on myself and my anger. Being ghosted by a guy I like and it's affecting me more than I want... still not too bad I guess though
8(7) Just woke up for the first time. Feeling alright. Got a single text. Not taken pills yet
(6) Waiting for the bus. I think I'm successfully making sure I don't make too big a deal out of this guy not replying. I can be fine without his support. Slightly upset generally though for some reason.
(8) Started work in the lab today. Everyone is here working. A bit of gossip. Fun times.
(7) Just got to the meeting early. Feeling positive. Just watched my diss friends have lunch
(9) Just had my meetin and I feel like my comments were really taken on board
(9) He finally replied and I didn't go crazy! Yayyyy! I'm working on a few deadlines to keep me busy and I think having a focus has really helped my self control this time around. Bored though
(7) Just out from the gym and am at a steady ok for now. I need food though
(5) Making dinner. Had a bit of a fit of anger after getting Home cos my flat mates stacked my shelves so everything would fall on me. Little things really wind me up

(8) I keep having really intense dreams ever since being on antidepressants and sometimes it gets hard to distinguish them from reality

(7) Wasn't feeling great with wveryones selfishness but the breathing exercises have calmed me down and I do actually feel a bit better. It's created a kind of bubble
