Don't be embarrassed, it's completely normal, and psychologists see loads of people with anxiety, it would probably be more unusual if you weren't.

A good night's sleep. i think it's the most rest I've gotten all week. The magnesium supplements helped. Fatigue takes a toll on me, so feeling grateful for the rest.

sleep is complicated and everyone is different. sometimes, simple things like adjusting room temperature, eliminating or reducing caffeine intake, diet, exercise (but not before bed) can help.

so, to help with sleep, i have many strategies- several of which I've mentioned. There's meditation, self hypnosis, prayer.

But if I go 2 or more days without good sleep, i get melatonin for 2-3 days. that wasn't very effective. i would fall asleep, but wake up bet 1-3 and would have a hard time returning to sleep.

so, i tried magnesium. I've used it before and found it helpful. once I returned to a normal schedule I would discontinue. so I'm back on it for 2-3 days. Going for my annual physical tomorrow and will mention this to physician.

I'm not on them at a daily basis Amanda. I got them to support me when I got back on the ADS and then I had 0.5 mg a day. Now I just take 0.25 mg when I'm very anxious.

Yeah this gluten free thing is a ***ing pain in the ass but it's not my fault that I've just discovered I suffer with it and have to deal with it so stop making me feel so bad. Surely a bf should be sympathetic and try to help and accommodate me.
