Hip definitely hurting even after a shorter run. I'm not bothered too much. I've caught the running bug enough to run through the discomfort. Otherwise mood is good. Taken tablets.

Man, take care of your hips! They don't get better; they get worse. Start doing exercises when you can. It will make a huge difference! I can't tell you how many runner friends I know who are derailed due to hip injuries getting worse!

Probably the worst time of my life, potential redundancy, my dream man doesn't want a relationship, my family don't speak to me, and my landlady's pickup is still on my drive after three weeks when I said ok for one. All sucky, go me.

...so much the cause of stress as it is of anxiety and other issues. So what is behind stress? Why do I feel the need to strive so hard to do so well that it stresses me so much? Is it overcompensating for a perceived failing?
