Those breaks are so important. As a teacher, theyre built in to our yearly schedule. Most of us would burn out without those weeks to recover and regroup.

In the US, there are some non-profit organizations you can use or talk to. I do'nt know where you live. Maybe ask friends if they know anyone...might be able to get some free advice at least?
