I can only speak for myself , but I had a relapse of PTSD and with that the depression and anxiety , your mind works over time never a quiet moment , your brain looks out for danger whether physical / mental / emotional so why you see no reason your

Thats Great Nick , when i first became ill in 2008 i struggled with it all but this relapse everything fell into place and while its lasted 4 months I think it would have lasted far longer without all the strategies that i built up from last time

Only thing I've done great at, is sleep! :D At least something, that was the thing I was bad at last month... Oh well. There isn't really time anymore to build up the routines before my trip, so I guess I'll just live day by day. 10 days to go!

Glad you're feeling better and been sleeping! You'll probably be jet lagged from the flight so maybe a routine isn't terribly important? Being sick and travel definitely are two of the biggest routine disruptors! :-)
