I did think that way with help from others .. leaving that job was the best thing i ever did health wise .. we all put reasons in place of why we cant do things , pride , guilt , pressure , bills to pay etc but in the end you have to be happy and

I've been very impatient lately. Aware of it and trying to rein it in. Free pizza and wings at work, but everyone ahead of me took so much I was lucky to get 1 tiny piece. Wanted to blow up. Sigh.

Such selfishness. A huge long line of people behind you every bit as happy to get free food as you, and you take four or five slices of pizza and 6-8 wings. Just take 1 second to not think of yourself.

Such a stupid thing to get upset about. I shouldn't even be eating pizza and wings, but it sounded so good. It's so meaningless to my life, and yet I am still frustrated about it. Every little thing lately has been keeping me on edge.

I don't think it's the 'missing out on pizza and wings' part that gets you going. I think it's simply how unfair the whole thing is as well as how selfish people can be. If you are like me we have our reasons for feeling this way when people behave

I'd be pissed if that happened to me no matter how much I wanted the pizza or wings (I ALWAYS want pizza!) That was very rude & inconsiderate of those people. Their parents obviously didn't teach them manners & to think of others.

@Love 1.. It's a supplement for depression. I took a while back and it messed me up bad. It's thought because the old dr had me on such a high dose. I'm starting small then working up till it hopefully works.

Thanks, Sonny. I can empathize with your difficulty. For me, sleep and mood are highly indexed to ea other. I took your suggestion a while back to try Mg. It helped. Sleep is complex. I don't think there's a single factor that contributes to it.

I've had a pretty good run the last week or 2. Someone rec kiwi fruit, which I took. seems to have helped. I took Mg once this week helped maintain sleep pattern. Vegetarian/vegan diet remains same.Exercise regimen the same.

10-20m deep breathing 30m prior to bed seems to have helped a lot. I think because it regulates the nervous sys and calms the mind, sleep is deeper.

The only supplements I take are B12, St John's Wort, and Omega oils. No alcohol or drugs.Limited caffeine intake to 1 cup coffee a few days per week or green tea never after 1pm.

as I'm going thru divorce, needing to be esp careful managing mind & mood. no porn , no sex, no masturbation which helps conserve energy. that also seems to have contributed enormously to my sense of well being.

Finally, I listen to self hypnosis tracks. When I wake up in middle of night sometimes, I'll listen and fall back to sleep.

Tired of life at the minute. Enough stress now brother in law might have COPD they just need to do more tests. Frustratingly he is still smoking. Husband upset his grandad died of COPD.

Power went out at 7:30 last night and was still out this morning. Worry about leaving the dog in house without heat. Crazy winds and lingering cold have me feeling very anxious.
