@bus going to #psychotherapy and work. Weather is nice and everythings ok. Tired again, but i can sleep on the bus like 45 min. Have to consider taking sleeping pills that my doctor prescribed.

Anxiety attack today at school but able to control it with a friend's help before tears came out. I'm getting sick I feel the itch in my throat. Doing everything I can to prevent it.

Finally got to see a new prescriber & antidepressants are getting tweaked (definitely needed). So I'm ok. I reached out for help & I'm working on me. This feels good.

I would say yes, plus ometimes it helps understand certain things and patterns, because when you write your thoughts slow down.

I definitely want to try this, and I'm already doing here in some compressed form, but whenever I'm agitated I have a hard time forming any coherent thoughts or sentences to write down. I look at a page/screen with a completely blank brain.

Ly - what you propose to do works for me alot. When ever I am completely 'bottled and fizzing' I write things in to a word.doc on my laptop then just add to it or review it 'as and when' - it really helps me! Big Hugs and good luck with it
