Thoughts can be devouring. The unhealthy thoughts are hungry and greedy. It's hard not to feed them, but if you let them eat, they grow and get stronger. Have to starve those thoughts and let them go.

Challenging day, 3/ 6 weeks in cast. Today consultant said extending for another 6 weeks minimum! Good news, no hospital until 2018 yippee & very slowly progressing 🙂 family night cheered me up 😀

Things were really rough for me the last few months. Lots of bad news and an ended relationship. Been doing better with my meds but still mess up one or two times a week. I really like my new job too.
