Cancelled football. Didn't feel well. Anxious to be surrounded by 50.000 men. Bad sign that I cancel the thing that I love most. Body feels tired though. Cancelled run as well.

Sometimes you have to listen to your body and rest, and that's ok. Sometimes you have to tell your body to suck it up and get out and do things to recharge your mind/soul. Hard to tell when, though.

I can't live with this pain much longer 😰😰.. tried everything breakthrough medication / slow release & all I feel is permanently exhausted, sick & ill. Unable to move without feeling dizzy too.

i felt so shitty earlier, therapy went well. i've been seeing the same therapist for four years, and she's great. it went well but i still want to die. we don't discuss this, it's abt anxiety

My friend made me some low cal food yesterday and it was the first real meal I had in over two weeks. Was scared at first but my scale was 0.4kg lower than yesterday this morning so it's not too bad.

A dr could help too. Unless there's some translation issues, most therapists would be less qualified. I think you are brave and you are probably helping others who feel the same just by writing about it. Stay well.

My doctor doesn't really help.. she just tells me to get a therapist, but I haven't told her about the eating disorder yet. Just about the depression. I might tell her. Maybe she can help. :)

I'd definitely recommend telling her about the eating disorder too! You'll get better with a bit of help. Just stay as well as you can day to day.
