It can be super overwhelming if you look at it as a whole. Break things down, maybe with a to do list. Sometimes that's the only way I manage!

Ran 6 miles yesterday, 5 this morning, all on icy trails, 15F both days. Super cold, my body not in the shape I was, lungs hurt from my cold. But felt good to move and get outside.

Jeff that's still a very good run for -10C temperatures. I would've just stayed inside. You are a very motivated runner. Do you have family you could visit when you feel lonely?

That's ok, feeling lost can come out of nowhere. Even if it lasts a while, feeling like you found yourself again will come out of nowhere as well. Remember those small moments of feeling regained, you'll look forward to having them again

Good strength workout this morning. Felt I made up for yesterday's 'run'. Went food shopping. Watched the snooker on TV. Got distracted. Made a little progress with some music. Took tablets.

oh this sounds tough. Be kind and gentle to yourself. Take deep breaths. A bath might help for pain - maybe a little cooler than usual since you are overheated. .. Or you could try a heat pack on your back or neck. . . Or yoga for back or neck pain

can be quite nice.Even a short sequence could be good to distract you from the pain . . either way, I hope you feel better soon. .. Painkillers might help too as you are experiencing quite a lot of pain in different parts of your body. xxx
