I very rarely cry these days, maybe a couple of times a year. I wish I did more because sometimes the release is needed. I cried all my tears out over my break up and don't have many left now :(

TW: selfharm. spent half of the year without SH. Didn't think anything could make me come back to this. Last night I cut my legs and ribs. Tonight I realized that it can become a daily activity.

Dentist was ok. It was more uncomfortable than usual because I didn't take diazepam, but it was quick and painless, I was glad I got through it so had a decent day overall. Taken tablets.

I know how that is. Ankle injuries are tough...takes time to heal up, and rushing it can make things worse. I've been dealing with leg issues on runs too!

If you can walk on it, but running is still hard, try hiking out in the woods or something! Good way to get into trail running too, if you don't already!

Overwhelmed with writing a letter to a friend. Why. This doesn't make sense. Slept for too long, didn't want to get up, skipping sports class, absolutely no motivation whatsoever.

Don't know how to rate mood. Not feeling great, but also not really bad. Skipped uni and slept some more. Almost no guilt. Worrying behaviour. Overwhelmed with minor things again. No concentration.
