Uugh. Too many things coming at me and starting to feel overwhelmed again. Need to protect my downtime.

Try to cut everything down into small bits. What do you have to do now, what in an hour, tomorrow next week. Try not to see everything as one, as then it becomes so huge, you might lose track. Just a small tip which works for me.. 💜

Lovely day out walking with friend, ate way too much ice cream. Feeling 'good tired' tonight!

Still wrecked but a bit less exhausted / more functional today. AWOL from choir today and tomorrow's rehearsal rearranged, gives me a couple of evenings to recover. Baby steps.

Trying to do good self care but there's a lot of pressure at the moment. Talked to my boss today and he's great about it, just not sure if what I'm doing will help or when things will get any better.

Incurred minor corkscrew-related injury. But now have wine, I guess :) Feeling pretty numb, tired and overloaded, there's too much in my head for me to feel anything right now.

Anxiety is stopping me from doing things I know would be good for me. Feel like I don't have time to take proper care of myself - which makes the anxiety worse! Then it feels like it's my fault.

For not doing the right things to manage anxiety :(

Feeling surprisingly calm and relaxed after choir tonight. Hopefully will be sleepy soon - can do without being tired in the morning.

Singing does that for me, too. :) I wish I were better at it.

Today was hard. Accepting I'm not doing well and finding some energy to ask for support is difficult. But I have some numbers to call now and will try the first one tomorrow.

It is so difficult to take that first step, but good for you for readying yourself. You can do it!

Bit better today. Not happy but coping. It's weird how you get used to feeling so bad that 'just coping' seems like the best thing in the world, until you think back to how 'happy' feels! Maybe soon.

So true Caroline. My highest mood score for years has been 6. I can hardly even imagine how 10 would feel anymore

Could be worse. Cried myself to sleep last night but slept right through and feeling more like I can cope this morning.

Day off! Maybe do some cleaning this morning, nothing too stressful. Meeting some friends in the afternoon :)

Bad night last night too! But it's the weekend tomorrow and looking forward to catching some sleep extra in the morning if necessary.

Exhausted. Not too down today but slept so badly last night, only about 4 hours. Just dragging myself through to a reasonable bedtime.
