Try to cut everything down into small bits. What do you have to do now, what in an hour, tomorrow next week. Try not to see everything as one, as then it becomes so huge, you might lose track. Just a small tip which works for me.. 💜

So true Caroline. My highest mood score for years has been 6. I can hardly even imagine how 10 would feel anymore

Try to meditate , there's an app called aura that walks you through it , it helps me when I can't switch my brain off
