i think everyone figures out their own way to rate. when i started i felt it was 4 - i'm not ok but i can manage, 3 - i feel like i want to cry or i'm too anxious, 2 - i actually cry a lot, 1- i don't know how to deal with life, 0 - ***al.
5 seemed like a dream a the time, now i see it as 'i'm still sad and anxious about some things, but i also feel positive feelings'
