As we get closer to the debate I just feel worse and worse. Already got texts from my sister about an argument she had with our parents. She feels like they think less of her because they disagree.

I actually feel happy. I think I've found a good creative outlet for myself, even got me to write for a little bit afterwards. Going to bed very late, work 2 tomorrow. A little prep for work 1 as well

Going to try not to play videogames this weekend, it's contributing to my depression. Don't want to have to go back on meds yet, so better start mitigating in other ways at least

Nest way to stop an activity in my experience is to pick something you enjoy that is not compatible with it. Do you like walking or hiking or reading? That's what I do.
