Haven't posted for a while because I am feeling much better after 2 years of feeling down. Work definitely no better. Not really sure why but Mindfulness definitely helped a bit.

Ages since I have posted because I have been feeling much better. Although everything is essentially the same I am coping much better with things.

Nice sunny day again. About to head off cycling across the Downs.

Finished the Mindfulness course and 2 weeks of meditation later I am feeling okay. It is worth trying but requires more self discipline than I probably have. I am slowly getting better though so far.

At least you fought it! Glad to see that.

Fed up with work and people. My Mindfulness course isn't helping enough. 2 weeks to go.

Feeling relaxed. Put up bookshelves so I can see my books again

Feeling better this morning and did my Mindfulness meditation on the train to work this morning which was good

Job is really getting me down. At least in should calm down in the summer when people start going on holiday starting next week hopefully.

Feeling okay despite my wife not speaking to me again. Going to go and do some Mindful walking in the sun.

Woke up early because of having a drink last night. Still it's light so I may as well get up and go to work.
