want to make some of my goals/changes stick and maybe be more positive. I don't know if taking a different perspective/attitude will work but I don't have much to lose at this point and I can check in with myself in a couple of weeks and see if I'm
holding myself accountable but also not putting myself down or falling into thinking traps again.
