Got upset last night, but felt so much better to talk to friends and have their support. They made me realise a lot of things...Women lift each other up :)

Was so anxious about trip away but proud that I'm here and I'm having the nicest time with all my friends. Grandad is getting better too and is home now out of hospital. So happy!

Managed to go back to sleep so feeling a bit better and able to cope... Just want my grandad to get better. Can't stop worrying about everything in my life at the moment.

In bad pain and sad as my grandad is in hospital. can't sleep and going to miss out on seeing friends. Don't know what to do.

Whenever I have free time, I think too much. I compare my life to others and think that mine is boring, which then makes me feel ungrateful. Does anyone else ever feel like that?

I try to keep myself busy, meditate, walk in nature and did a course on the science of happiness, which really put things into perspective for me. Now whenever I overthink, I try to go to the happy place in my mind, which stops the overthinking

Reunited with my boyfriend after a week of him being away. Feel very happy.

Feel tired and lonely this morning. I am also in pain in my back again....this always makes me worried.

Had a lovely dinner with work friends and we really bonded. Feel proud that even though my OH is away a lot at the moment, I'm managing to make positive relationships independently.

Just had a flashback and feeling a little anxious. Going to sit down and have a cup of tea.

I suffer from flash backs too. Cups of teas always help, or a nice hot chocolate <3
