Guilt for causing discomfort? You deserve to stand up for yourself. It's ok to tell people they've hurt you (though scary at and I also feel guilty afterwards tbh)

I confronted my friend and told him that he hurt me and we resolved things and I feel a lot better

My friend really hurt my feelings. I want to hurt him back. But I also want things to get better? Or maybe I never want to see him again?

Maybe take a little break from him and when you're ready talk to him how he hurt your feelings so you can resolve it together.

I think I have to confront him about it. I can feel I am just going to stay in pain if I don't bring it up. It's been a few days now.
